Qualified psychotherapist specialising in trauma, offering online sessions for adults.

My Therapeutic Approach

I take an integrative and trauma-informed approach, drawing on elements of CBT, ACT, attachment theory, and DBT.

I also incorporate EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) — an evidence-based therapy that helps your brain process and make sense of painful or confusing memories.

 

Together, we’ll focus on building emotional balance, self-care, and self-esteem, while gently exploring the patterns and experiences that have shaped who you are today.

Life can leave us carrying experiences and memories that feel heavy, confusing, or overwhelming.

I believe our past shapes our present, so I work in the here and now to understand why symptoms arise - helping you address the root of your challenges and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling future.
